Arnold Schwarzenegger Was Paid 20 Times Higher Than George Clooney For 1997’s 'Batman & Robin'

Dashing Hollywood star George Clooney has recently revealed that Arnold Schwarzenegger was paid $25 million for his role as Mr. Freeze in 997’s ‘Batman & Robin’. He also disclosed that playing the role of the villain, the former Governor of California made 20 times more than him; even though he was the main character: “Batman”.

Clooney subsequently received battering fro his role in the movie which was a flop. The 58-year old actor also mentioned that he worked with Arnold only for a day. While Arnold got away with his performance, Clooney went through a spell of criticism. The takeaway, according to Clooney, is at the end of the day you are always responsible for the role you play. He later advised Ben Affleck not to take part in the superhero flick following his experience, which, however, the actor didn’t pay heed to.
